## How booking works
Send a tour request with the customer's name, phone, ZIP code, what they are looking for, and a preferred tour time. Tours run Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Requests with a preferred time are encouraged and normally confirmed automatically within 15 seconds; the create call waits for and returns the confirmation, and the status URL returns it too. Without a preferred time, Phenix Salon Suites calls the customer within 30 minutes during tour hours to pick a time. Until confirmed, a request is not an appointment. No payment is collected.
